Why YogaBugs?
YogaBugs has been successfully delivering yoga and mindfulness classes to children since 2003. Mainly within schools and nurseries, we work with Head Teachers, SLTs, PE co-ordinators, SENCOs, learning mentors and nursery managers to deliver key outcomes around physical and emotional development.
Our classes are designed to encourage children’s learning and development from walking to twelve years. Through a combination of storytelling, action songs, moves inspired by yoga and mindfulness, we create a magical class where children learn whilst having fun.
We pride ourselves on our excellent team of teachers operating across the UK. All our teachers are passionate about working with children, experienced in yoga, trained by the Bugs Group and undergo an enhanced DBS check and references.
