YogaBugs has been successfully delivering yoga and mindfulness classes to children for over 20 years. Mainly within schools and nurseries, we work with Head Teachers, SLTs, PE co-ordinators, SENCOs, learning mentors and nursery managers to deliver key outcomes around physical and emotional development.
Our classes are designed to encourage children’s learning and development from walking to twelve years. Through a combination of storytelling, action songs, moves inspired by yoga and mindfulness, we create a magical class where children learn whilst having fun.
We pride ourselves on our excellent team of teachers operating across the UK. All our teachers are passionate about working with children, experienced in yoga, trained by the Bugs Group and undergo an enhanced DBS check and references.
In 2020 YogaBugs Virtual was launched, enabling YogaBugs to reach more children through pre-recorded videos for the whole school to take part in. Delivering yoga and mindfulness to children, staff and parents.
