MightyBugs classes for 2 – 3 years

Now that children are starting to run circles around their parents, it is important to introduce some structure into their lives to harness their creativity!

Parent & toddler classes are fun yoga story adventures for 2-3 year olds.

Using popular stories such as ‘The 3 Little Pigs’, ‘The Gruffalo’ and ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’, children love to act out the adventures through yoga!

Classes also introduce children to mindfulness through simple breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques.

Children are encouraged to develop their creative imagination in a safe environment while they progress through their milestones. Their self-confidence will begin to increase as we encourage them to be vocal and interact with one another and the teacher.

Yoga for children helps prevent mental health conditions, instilling children with coping strategies from a young age, as well as helping them develop physically.
