At My Choice Healthcare, our focus is to place people at the heart of all that we do and to make that difference every day.
To support this, we strive to support individuals to live fulfilled lives – and people’s mental health and wellbeing are central to achieving this. As such, we are delighted to be able to support a local school to promote children’s mental health and wellbeing. This is our way of contributing to the communities in which we work and where our staff live.

Bridgetown School
We are delighted to announce the introduction of YogaBugs into our PSHE curriculum. This innovative programme uses yoga-inspired activities to help children develop essential skills for wellbeing, emotional regulation, and concentration. By supporting pupils in managing their feelings and improving focus, YogaBugs will have a positive impact on both their personal growth and academic learning.
We believe that nurturing mental health and resilience is just as important as academic achievement, and YogaBugs provides a fun, engaging way to achieve this.
